The Next Generation meets Reading Rainbow

Wherein childhood memories give warm fuzzies

Star Trek: The Next Generation was, for all intents and purposes, my jam. I was just the right age to enjoy it when it was on the air. Concurrently, I was the right age to watch _Reading Rainbow_. Ergo, the episode of the latter regarding the former was pretty much the coolest thing ever.

It was my favourite show when it first aired too, but my reason was the Paramount mountains logo at the end, which I liked a lot (I was 5).

For that reason I had to close the video after the first 40 seconds, I can’t bear to think it’s not real.

Oh, and Khan died today. Goddamn :(
